Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of Casino Surveillance experience.
• Working knowledge of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
• Ability to work unsupervised and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff.
• Ensure reports and logs are compiled accurately by Surveillance Operators.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members; respond to escalations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
