Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of casino surveillance and 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in gaming preferred.
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations and surveillance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Creates schedules to meet staffing objectives and coverage required by gaming regulations.
  • Manage daily operations of the surveillance department and assist Director of Surveillance.
  • Recruit, train, coach and supervise surveillance staff; monitor attendance and time records.
  • Prepare and review incident reports; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with guests, vendors, and colleagues; uphold guest relations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of casino operations and gaming operations; analyze results to improve practices.
