Chickasaw Nation seeks a vigilant security professional to monitor assigned areas, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. This role involves operating CCTV systems, compiling incident reports, and enforcing rules to protect employees and assets.

You will work with a team, adhere to dress codes, complete required training, and be flexible with shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Accurately type 25 words per minute.
  • No prior experience required.
  • High School, GED or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
  • Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
  • Maintains and promotes professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Prepares incident reports to establish video evidence and perform frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation's employees and assets
  • Updates and reviews current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance
  • Operates a closed-circuit television system to monitor gaming and money-handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed
