Job summary

Chickasaw Nation's Lakecrest Hotel and Casino is seeking a Part Time Security Officer II to join our security team in Ardmore, OK. You will protect guests, staff and tribal assets, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced gaming facility.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or Equivalent.
• 1 year directly related experience.
• Basic Computer skills; able to operate a computer and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism.
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types.

• Executes internal and external patrols of assigned areas and locations.
• Monitors opening and closing machines for routine repairs and maintenance when assigned to gaming facility.
• Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc.
• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff, direct supervisor or next level manager.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
