Quincy Chamber seeks a casino surveillance professional responsible for the safety and security of guests and employees, and for protecting company assets. The role includes monitoring CCTV, supervising observers, and reporting incidents in a casino environment.
Must have a High school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Prior casino surveillance experience and ability to read English are required; Level I Missouri Gaming License is needed.
Responsible for the security and integrity of all games, and to protect the company’s assets.
Supervises all Surveillance Operators and Techs.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous casino surveillance experience required. Must have detailed knowledge of closed circuit television monitoring systems and operation as well as knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to gaming and alcohol. Must present a well groomed professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and have proficient writing, grammar and punctuation skills. Must be computer literate in a variety of computer programs. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
Must be able to obtain a Level I Missouri Gaming License
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
