The Lead Surveillance Operator will supervise when needed and maintain detailed logs while staying current with gaming regulations and company policies. A HS diploma and racing license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Preferred 1 year of surveillance or related experience.
• Valid Racing License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Reviews cameras and recording decks to analyze video and validate reports.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Diligently monitors all company assets and team members for procedural violations.
• Maintains up-to-date procedures and policies knowledge for all departments.
• Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting non-compliance.
• Maintains up-to-the-minute, detailed logs.
• Performs supervisory duties when the Shift Supervisor is not available.
• All other duties assigned.
