Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to safeguard our casino and properties. You will monitor for illegal or unusual activity across gaming and non-gaming areas and report it promptly to authorities when needed.

You will help train new investigators and ensure compliance with Title 31 and federal regulations where applicable. We value attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in gaming surveillance operations or equivalent gaming-related experience preferred.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems with limited standardization, using common sense and sound judgment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
  • Utilize approved surveillance equipment to identify, document, and report illegal or unusual activity across all gaming and non-gaming areas of the property, including back-of-house operations.
  • Accurately report all illegal and suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of Surveillance Investigator trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
