Insight Service Group (ISG) is seeking experienced Surveillance Investigators to join our Kansas City team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well independently, and excel at problem-solving while collaborating with colleagues.

Flexibility in scheduling is essential; hours may include early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and evenings. The role requires remaining in a vehicle for extended periods and travel up to 2 hours one way per case, with strict confidentiality throughout

Responsibilities

• Conduct Surveillance: Monitor individuals or locations to gather evidence.
• Gather Evidence: Collect photo, video, or written documentation to support investigations.
• Reporting Findings: Compile detailed reports of surveillance activities and evidence.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Keep information and evidence confidential and secure.
• Adhering to Legal Standards: Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyzing Information: Interpret data to identify patterns or relevant findings.
• Utilizing Technology: Use cameras, GPS, and tracking software for surveillance.
• Managing Time Effectively: Balance multiple investigations and meet deadlines.
• Remaining in Vehicle for Extended Periods: Stay in a vehicle for long periods.
• Traveling as Needed: Travel up to 2 hours one way per case.
