Job summary

Insight Service Group (ISG) is seeking Surveillance Investigators in Massachusetts to conduct on-site mobile surveillance, document findings, and upload video evidence. Candidates should be self-motivated, diligent, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Flexibility in scheduling is required, including early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and evenings. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Surveillance, SIU or related experience required.
• Reliable vehicle, computer, and cell phone needed.
• Digital video camera with date/time stamp capability.
• Proficiency with web-based systems and detailed report writing.
• Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be eligible for Private Investigator Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site mobile surveillance for suspected fraud and misconduct.
• Document findings with detailed reports and upload video evidence.
• Travel up to 2 hours one way per case as needed.
• Collaborate with team and report findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies.
