Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in SIU/surveillance and insurance-related investigations.
• Must have reliable vehicle, computer, and cell phone.
• Proficiency with web-based systems and ability to write detailed reports.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to suspected fraud and misconduct.
• Perform on-site mobile surveillance with discretion.
• Document findings with detailed reports and video evidence.
• Travel up to 2 hours one way per case as needed.
• Collaborate with team and report findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
