Job summary

Insight Service Group (ISG) is seeking experienced Surveillance Investigators to join our Concord, NH team. This part-time role involves on-site mobile surveillance, detailed reporting, and coordinating with the broader investigation team.

Flexibility is essential as hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should have SIU/surveillance experience, reliable vehicle, camera, and the ability to travel up to 2 hours one way.

Qualifications

Insurance/SIU surveillance experience required.
Reliable vehicle, computer and cell phone.
Digital video camera with date/time stamp.
Proficiency with web-based systems and detailed report writing.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations related to suspected fraud and misconduct.
Perform on-site mobile surveillance, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Remain in the vehicle for extended periods (up to 8 hours or longer) while monitoring subjects.
Travel up to 2 hours one way per case as needed.
Document findings by writing detailed reports and uploading video evidence.
Collaborate with team members and report findings to management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
