Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to confirm activities and assist with insurance claims.

• Multiple positions available
• No office required
• Company credit card provided for fuel and travel expenses

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations across various insurance coverage types
• Use surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards

Qualifications (must have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete Allied Universal Investigations' training
• Experience with witness interviews, video monitoring, incident reporting, or investigations
• Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, laptops, video cameras, and cell phones
• Ability to multitask and work independently under stress

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in Criminal Justice
• Security, military, law enforcement, or insurance investigation experience
