We currently have career opportunities for experienced, self-motivated, and highly motivated Surveillance Investigators interested in joining our team to combat insurance fraud. This is a field-based, hourly, non-exempt position requiring daily travel within the designated city/territory.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting stationary, covert, and mobile surveillance
• Providing daily updates on investigations
• Completing detailed investigative reports
• Researching to develop new information
• Documenting activity with reports and videos
• Developing investigative strategies
• Communicating findings to clients
• Testifying at hearings and trials as needed

Minimum requirements:

• Access to a suitable surveillance vehicle
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and report accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and MVR
• Pass drug and pre-employment tests
• Attend 2 weeks of formal training post-hire

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay ranges from $27.00/hr to $32.00/hr, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. VRC provides necessary equipment, pay for drive time, mileage reimbursement, licensing fees, and allowances for expenses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid vacation, and a 401K/Profit Sharing plan.
