Senior Compliance Investigator

Join our Global Ethics and Investigations Team!

The Senior Compliance Investigator is responsible for conducting internal investigations, communicating results in writing, and recommending necessary corrective actions to protect the company and ensure adherence to the company code of conduct, policies, and laws. The successful candidate will work remotely, conducting investigations across all countries where the company operates.

We seek an experienced investigator with extensive experience leading investigations into complex subject areas. While federal or state law enforcement experience is preferred, it is not required. Experience with forensic analysis of evidence is also valuable. This is a remote position, based in the United States, with an international scope.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct investigations of allegations raised through the Open Reporting program related to violations of our code of conduct, policies, or laws.
  2. Review, scope, and develop investigation plans for escalated employee complaints, allegations, disputes, and claims.
  3. Perform forensic reviews of available evidence.
  4. Interview witnesses and subject matter experts.
  5. Summarize findings in detailed reports, collaborating with legal, HR, and relevant stakeholders.
  6. Partner with legal counsel and HR to determine appropriate corrective actions.
  7. Monitor case volume daily to manage workload and ensure timely completion.
  8. Identify opportunities to prevent similar allegations through procedures, training, and communication.
  9. Use sound judgment to assess information, mitigate risks, and consult legal counsel as needed.
  10. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  11. Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in internal investigations or law enforcement.
  3. Experience in HR, Finance, Security, Legal, or Compliance roles.
  4. Ability to quickly learn company policies, processes, and tools.
  5. Strong listening, interviewing, counseling, and writing skills.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
