Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to confirm activities and assist with insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of insurance claims across various coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete the company's training/orientation.
• Experience with witness interviews or video monitoring.
• Experience in incident reporting or investigations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, video cameras, and cell phones.
• Ability to focus, multitask, and manage stress professionally.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in Criminal Justice.
• Security, military, law enforcement, or insurance investigation experience.
