What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and finalize global investigator grant budget and payment schedule templates for multiple studies
- Develop negotiation parameters for investigator grants and communicate these to local team members
- Coordinate approvals and feedback for investigator grant budgets and payment schedules
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of budget negotiations with study timelines
- Track and report on site activations and budget development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Basic understanding of investigator grant template drafting and budget grid development
- Good oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical product development process and involvement with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with negotiation and conflict management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service experience with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
