Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Surveillance Dispatcher to join our Surveillance Team. You will help coordinate communications, monitor CCTV and alarms, and generate logs and incident reports to support safety and asset protection across the casino and tribal operations.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and basic math and reading comprehension testing. Training completes within 30 days to six months, with weekly pay and health benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in surveillance, dispatch, or security fields preferred.
• Must pass a skills test including reading comprehension and basic math.
• Complete training within 30 days to six months of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone and radio communications for events and incidents.
• Monitor fire panels, access control, alarms, and safety systems.
• Maintain logs of radio transmissions and calls in reporting software.
• Generate dispatches, logs, and incident reports for the Security team.
• Review and attach digital media for regulatory documentation.
• Monitor CCTV coverage and assist in emergency operations as needed.
