Job summary
Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Gaming Security Lead Data Entry Operator to support surveillance and casino operations at the Hollywood properties. The role focuses on collecting and entering data for Blackjack surveys, Baccarat and other play evaluations, while training fellow Data Entry Operators.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three or more years’ experience in casino operations or casino surveillance preferred.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded surveillance of gaming and sensitive areas.
- Identify and report irregular play, cheating, theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Prepare accurate written reports and preserve video evidence.
- Promptly notify leadership of suspected violations.
- Work closely with Table Games leadership and staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow internal policies.
- Operate surveillance systems and report equipment issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
