Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Gaming Security Lead Data Entry Operator to support surveillance and casino operations at the Hollywood properties. The role focuses on collecting and entering data for Blackjack surveys, Baccarat and other play evaluations, while training fellow Data Entry Operators.

Gaming Security - Lead Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

Work with surveillance and casino operations at multiple properties to obtain surveillance video footage of casino table game play. Primary role is to enter data associated with compiling Blackjack surveys, Baccarat play evaluations, Craps play evaluations and Ultimate Texas Hold’em play evaluations, while also training and helping Data Entry Operators to do the same.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor live and recorded surveillance of gaming and sensitive areas.
• Identify and report irregular play, cheating, theft, fraud, or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate written reports and preserve video evidence.
• Promptly notify leadership of suspected violations.

Work Environment:

May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
