Position: Surrogacy Case Manager

Location: Remote (Nationwide)

About the Role:

As a Surrogacy Case Manager, you will be the crucial link between our intended parents and surrogate candidates. While our roots are in Los Angeles, our impact spans across the U.S. and globally. This role offers a perfect balance for someone who values both professional fulfillment and family life. You’ll guide intended parents on their journey to parenthood, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience every step of the way.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with surrogates and egg donors in an IVF clinic or surrogacy agency, or personal experience as a surrogate, donor, or intended parent.
  • At least 1 year of related business, surrogacy, or case management experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly efficient, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in computer skills, preferably on a Mac.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones and client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire surrogacy process for intended parents and surrogates/egg donors, including administrative duties, logistics, and relationship management.
  • Provide education and counsel to surrogates and intended parents on all aspects of the surrogacy journey.
  • Handle time-sensitive tasks and resolve any issues that arise to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with third parties (clinics, law firms, hospitals) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with our Intake team and Manager to enhance case management processes.
