Qualifications
- Experienced Veterinary Technician with leadership capability in a specialty or surgical setting.
- CVT/LVT/RVT credentials are a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily surgical plan, case order, OR assignments, and Technician coverage.
- Manage surgery workflow to prevent disruptions to patient care and schedule.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for surgeons on the hospital floor.
- Mentor Technicians and uphold consistent standards of care.
