Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update; earlier hires retain prior requirements.
• If <12 months experience, BSN must be obtained within four years of hire date.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan as needed.
