• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate changes to the care team.
• Promote patient safety through infection prevention and quality care protocols.
• Mentor or precept new staff and students where appropriate.
