Qualifications

• ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned patients.
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care while adhering to evidence-based practices and standards.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the EMR.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety by infection prevention and quality care protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to support positive patient outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate care to LPNs, CNAs, nurse techs, and unit secretaries.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement, staff meetings, and mandatory education.
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor for new team members and nursing students.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
