The RN will work under the Unit Director to assess and respond to patient needs, document care in the EMR, and participate in continuous learning and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• RN must have an ADN; BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned patients.
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care per evidence-based practices.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the EMR.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
• Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety by following infection prevention and care protocols.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs, CNAs, nurse techs, and unit secretaries.
