Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification current or enrollment in NGHS's PCT Academy. On-site work and active patient care are central to daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or high school completion.
• Current and active CNA certification or enrollment in NGHS's PCT Academy.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work with nursing staff and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and reports basic patient physiological data.
• Monitors fluids intake and output and documents.
• Responds to patient call lights and follows up with appropriate staff.
• Prepares room for new admissions and ensures supplies are ready.
• Operates the EMR and records patient data accurately.
• Assists with mobility, hygiene, and comfort per procedures.
