Billings Clinic is seeking a Manager of General Surgical and Trauma to lead operations of the department, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to deliver high-quality surgical care.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and program management skills, with a focus on safety, service excellence, and regulatory compliance in a busy hospital setting in Billings, Montana.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree relevant to service area.
• Preferred Graduate Degree Masters degree preferred.
• RN background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements short and long range plans for the department.
• Leads department marketing, program development, and service priorities.
• Develops, implements, and maintains an annual budget.
• Practices process improvement to improve quality of care within the department.
• Develops, retains, recruits, and leads a talented team.
