Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in teaching field with demonstrated competency in teaching.
• Minimum two years of operating room surgical technologist experience.
• Ability to meet program director qualifications per accrediting standards.
• Current BLS certification and ability to satisfy clinical agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic, laboratory, simulation, and clinical courses; supervise adjunct faculty.
• Lead ARC/STSA and CAAHEP accreditation activities and site visit prep.
• Coordinate scheduling, curriculum review, and program improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty; ensure consistency of instruction.
• Support student recruitment, retention, and success; manage student outcomes.
