Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Surgical Technology required.
• 4 years clinical experience in surgical technology with at least 2 years in the OR scrub role within last 5 years.
• Must be credentialed in a national cert program accredited by NCCA.
• Direct and specialized knowledge in instruction is required.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging educational content.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner.
• Foster a safe classroom and lab environment.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy and up-to-date industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
