Job summary

Rochester Regional Health seeks an Associate Professor to develop, implement, and evaluate the assigned Surgical Technology program. You’ll advise students, lead curriculum revisions, and teach across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings in alignment with college mission.

You will collaborate with college leadership to ensure ongoing program quality, regulatory compliance, and robust student support, while providing leadership in professional development and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of verifiable practical experience.
• Active Surgical Technology certification is required.
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate program development, implementation, evaluation and assessment.
• Ensure quality course content and regulatory standards across programs.
• Participate on committees and advise/program leadership as needed.
