The Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Surgical Technology/CSPT to deliver quality instruction across on-ground, online and hybrid formats. You will align with course leads, manage syllabi, and use the LMS to disseminate materials, while ensuring timely grading and reporting within university policies.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree and CST certification, plus clinical expertise.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.
Current CST certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
Evidence of clinical expertise in related field.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and CSPT certification.
College level teaching experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Teach courses via on-ground, online and hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes, including classroom, laboratory and clinical instruction.
Work with course leads and/or program coordinators to ensure consistent and equitable student experiences.
Utilize the College’s LMS to provide course materials to students.
Submit updated department syllabus prior to the first day of class.
Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours, except weekends.
Submit final grades for each semester by the Registrar deadline and complete required reports.
