Job summary

The Surgery Center of Chevy Chase, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the team. The role focuses on scrubbing for procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and preparing supplies and equipment for operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, and state/center certification as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with surgical tech training or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state or center.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
