United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Surgery Center of Chevy Chase. The role involves scrubbing for surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and preparing supplies and equipment as part of the surgical team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, and state certification as required. Ambulatory center experience preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
• Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians

Pay Range- Min: $28.96 to Max: $41.99 (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.)
