Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital seeks a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams in preparing and monitoring the sterile field under supervision. The role includes assisting surgeons and registered nurses during procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Estimated pay ranges from $29.50 to $39.81 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Degrees include High School or equivalent; BLS certification and program completion preferred.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program Preferred.
• ASC's may hire a surgical technologist with relevant experience.
• Certification preferred.
