Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the OR team in Baltimore County. You will provide technical assistance to the surgeon during procedures and may participate in patient care when not assisting the physician, under supervision.

Position requires HS diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience, and relevant certifications. Shifts include 4/10 hour days from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM with comprehensive benefits and healthcare coverage.

JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the surgical team, provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participate in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the Surgical Assistant Coordinator or a Registered Nurse.

REQUIREMENTS

Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent; 1-3 years experience; Surgical equipment and instruments; Hospital computer systems; Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate; Surgical Technologist Certification preferred.

Pay Range

$23.80 to $41.85 Based On Experience
