Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our Level 1 Trauma center team. The role supports a variety of surgical cases and works within a fast-paced operating room environment.

The position offers 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with Fridays through Sundays 6:30am–7:00pm. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $38.50 per hour, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School for Surgical Technology.
• State and national certification as a Surgical Technologist at start of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during procedures and prepare operating room instruments.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs during a procedure.

Join this fast paced team of surgical technologists that support various types of surgical cases including general, trauma, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, robotics, cardiovascular, plastics, ear-nose-throat, oral, pediatric, neuro, peripheral vascular and pediatric and adult orthopedic trauma.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30am-7pm.

Qualifications

Obtains and maintains state and national certification as a Surgical Technologist at time employment begins. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within first 60 days of employment into position.
