Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support OR teams. You will prepare and organize instruments and supplies, anticipate the surgeon’s needs during procedures, and join a large not-for-profit health system known for growth and community impact.

The role offers 10-hour night shifts, 40 scheduled hours per week, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants with a two-year commitment. ND UAP registry and NBSTSA certs are considerations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
• National certification preferred through the NBSTSA, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.
