Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a surgical technician program or two years of surgical tech experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.
