• Surgical Technologist role requires sterile technique and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate care while assisting in the operating room.
• Support patient care in a primary scrub position and ensure instruments are ready.
• Assist with technical responsibilities in assigned operative procedures.
• Ensure instruments and supplies are present and functioning correctly.
• Provide labeled medications with correct doses on the sterile field.
• Support the operative team and follow hand-off protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement and pursue ongoing learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
