Job Details

We are offering a sign-on bonus for eligible full-time Surgical Technologists. The bonus amount varies based on your experience and commitment period:

• 0-1 Years of Experience: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment; $12,000 for 3 years
• 1-2 Years of Experience: $10,000 for 2 years; $17,000 for 3 years
• 2+ Years of Experience: $15,000 for 2 years; $25,000 for 3 years

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the surgical suite with instruments and supplies (20%)
• Maintain aseptic techniques and handle medications and specimens following policies (20%)
• Prepare, position, and drape patients; participate in surgical site verification (20%)
• Understand and adapt to surgeon preferences and patient care variables (20%)
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts (10%)
• Utilize resources efficiently to promote cost-effective patient care (10%)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience (e.g., military)
• Certification from an accredited surgical technologist certification program within 6 months of hire
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred: One year of surgical technologist experience is preferred.
