We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for all eligible full-time Anesthesia Technologist positions! The bonus amount varies based on your years of experience, with some exclusions. Details include:

• 0-1 years of experience: 2-year commitment, $10,000; 3-year commitment, $12,000
• 1-2 years of experience: 2-year commitment, $10,000; 3-year commitment, $17,000
• 2+ years of experience: 2-year commitment, $15,000; 3-year commitment, $25,000

General Overview: Assists CRNAs or Anesthesiologists with patient preparation, including invasive procedures like line placement and insertion of invasive monitors, using sterile techniques. Ensures proper setup for surgical cases, calibrates monitors, and applies non-invasive monitors under supervision.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operates blood gas machines, performs analysis, and manages patient samples and results.
• Ensures availability of supplies, equipment, and drugs; inventories and restocks as needed.
• Prepares equipment for sterilization, disposes of contaminated materials properly.
• Maintains organization of work areas, manages staff activities, and assists in scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Supports clinical staff in anesthesia preparation, manages equipment and supplies, and assists with room turnover.
• Coordinates and teaches students, provides staffing data, and supports hospital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia Technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Anesthesia Technician Certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
