Job summary

Linton-Delray Beach Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech for a full-time role. The technologist scrubs for surgical procedures, maintains a sterile field, prepares supplies and equipment, and supports the surgical team and quality-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus Surgical Technician Program or equivalent experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Experience in ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the surgical team and participates in quality improvement activities.
