Job summary

Englewood Hospital is seeking a part-time Surgical Technician to assist the OR team during surgical procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field, preparing equipment and instrumentation, and supporting patient care within our operating room.

A High School diploma and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program are required. The position offers a minimum pay rate of $32 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Job Summary

The Surgical Technician is a caregiver who assists the OR team in the scrub role during surgical/invasive procedures and assists in the preparation of the surgical suite area between cases. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation and supplies on the sterile field.

• Shift: Day / 10 hour shifts
• Hours: 6:45am - 4:45pm
• Education Requirements: High School Graduate/GED and a Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• License/Certification/Registry: Certified Surgical Tech preferred

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. Minimum rate: $32.00
