Enterprise Healthcare Resources is seeking a certified Surgical Technologist for the Mountain West Surgery Center in El Paso, Texas. This role involves preparing the operating room and ensuring surgical equipment functions safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in surgical setting required.
• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT), or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.

Job Description

Position Summary

The Surgical Technologist is responsible for preparing the operating room and sterile field for surgical procedures by ensuring that surgical equipment is functioning properly and safely; by preparing sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment using sterile technique; anticipating the needs of the surgical team based on knowledge of human anatomy and pathophysiology and how they relate to the surgical patient and the patient’s procedure.

• 1-3 years’ experience in surgical setting required.
