Job summary

CentraCare Plaza Surgery Center in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support outpatient procedures. You will assist with sterile technique, prepare and pass instruments, and help ensure accurate counts during operations.

The role offers full-time schedules with 63 hours every two weeks, Monday–Friday, 6am–5pm, and a competitive starting wage of $30.07–$45.10 per hour, plus benefits, relocation and tuition support opportunities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card
• Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred

• Visually assess patients' conditions and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
• Assist with preparing, assembling and passing sutures, instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants
• Ensure accurate counts and support postoperative cleanup and turnover

Join our team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist, where you'll play a key role in outpatient procedures.We're dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and embracing cutting-edge technology.Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients' conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well asproficiently assembling, preparing and passing sutures, instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants.

Schedule

• Full-time | 63 hours every two weeks | Plaza Surgery Center
• Monday-Friday | Various 8 to 10-hour shifts working between 6am – 5pm

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $30.07 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range: $30.07 - $45.10 per hour
• Up to $2,500 hiring bonus or up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement for eligible candidates
• $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates
