Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification (CST) preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist the surgeon during procedures.
• Pass instruments and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Handle specimens and manage surgical counts.
• Adhere to safety and infection-control protocols.
• Assist with preoperative setup and postoperative room turnover.
