Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgery by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, drapes, and sterile solutions.
• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures.
• Use retractors, suction, or other equipment to assist in procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and monitor sterile techniques to prevent infection.
• Decontaminate, clean and restock operating rooms and equipment after procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning and transport as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists for smooth workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and infection control practices.
