Qualifications

• Virginia Surgical Technologist License REQUIRED.
• NBSTSA/NCCA Surgical Technologist Certification REQUIRED.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification REQUIRED.
• Prior Surgical Technologist experience PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room with instruments and equipment.
• Pass instruments to surgical team and maintain sterile field.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and assist during procedures.
• Transfer patients to recovery areas and apply dressings.
