Medical City Frisco is seeking a Surgical Technologist with OR scrub experience to join our operating room team. You will assist in aseptic technique, prepare the OR, and ensure equipment readiness for procedures.

The role emphasizes punctuality, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the surgical team to support patient care. BCLS within 30 days, vocational training, and CST/ST/TS-C credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification due within 30 days of start date.
• Vocational School Graduate required.
• Certification options: TS-C, ST, CST or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrub role with aseptic technique in Operating Room care.
• Document accurately on records per policy.
• Attend and be on time for scheduled hours.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures.
• Ensure surgical equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team based on anatomy and procedures.
