Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Associate degree surgical technologist programme.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Surgical Tech.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or obtained within 12 months of hire; BLS certification also required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon and operative team to ensure a safe environment.
• Adhere to infection control principles during invasive procedures.
• Maintain equipment function and room readiness for cases.
